Car Show in Miri

We went to Miri on 18th March 2011, stay overnight at Miri Plaza Hotel. As usual, looking for new items for the new house. Bought ceiling fans with remote for living room, and 3 new bed covers. Spent around RM$1000. Funny.....actually we're looking for lightings but ended up with buying different things.

Check out from hotel at 10.20am, to go to other shop and zoom back to Brunei. On the way back, went to E-mart (quite a big supermarket in Miri). While searching for parking, noticed lots of cars with sticker designs and boom..boom, the car audio sound too. Lucky, got one car park. We make a quick round on what's going on. Car shows such as new car, car audio and many others . There's a stage at the right hand corner, and a live band starts kicking in. Looks like 'May group' a rock legend performing on the stage....sorry no picture on the live band

Lizards

While visiting the new house, noticed so many wild lizards climbing the mango tree. Others were seen on the gate and wooden planks. It ran away if I got close to them. So, manage to get some photos of the lizards from far away. Unfortunately, I have no DSLR with me at that time so I snap shot them with my iphone.

Dream home - Part 6

Make a visit again to the site to see any changes. Cementing the walls still in progress. Roof galvanised steel truss just arrived at that time. According to the contractor, he had difficulty in finding the steel truss due to out of stock. Once have it, they sent them at night since it the steel truss were very long.

Installing the steel truss ongoing at the moment. Waiting for the roof to come. We're going for metallic silver colour. Hope they have it in stock. Will have a look at the finished installation next week.
